PC Help, Inc. was founded in early 2002 in response to a need for quality on-site technology consulting to small and medium size businesses and residential users in the Charleston, SC area.  Chuck Wallace, founder and owner of PC Help, Inc., worked for years in the corporate and government I.T. sectors throughout the southeastern U.S., and returned to his hometown of Charleston, SC to re-establish his roots and work in the local I.T. industry.  PC Help, Inc. was founded soon thereafter as a locally owned and operated I.T. consulting company.  As a result, PC Help, Inc. is able to provide high quality technology experience and skills to its customers with the understanding and professionalism of a Charleston native. 

Our technicians are experienced, certified in various areas of I.T., and committed to helping the community with technology needs.  Our office is in Mount Pleasant off Coleman Blvd at 85-C Vincent Dr..  We service the tri-county area of Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties.  Customers can bring equipment to our office, we can dispatch technicians to customer locations, and we have remote support capability via email, telephone, and remote control of the end user's equipment.  We have 7 employees including a full time office manager to coordinate customer needs and dispatching technicians.  Please contact us to see how we can help you.
